Our Ordering and Manufacturing Process

Once the sample is approved, the order is formally placed and enters full-scale manufacturing.
Step 5: Manufacturing and Dispatch
Products are manufactured to your approved specifications and prepared for shipment.
Manufacturing and Processing Timeline

The manufacturing lead time for your VWLights order typically ranges from 4 to 15 business days after order confirmation, depending on the following factors:

Customers acknowledge and accept that extended lead times may occur due to the customized nature of the products and agree not to cancel orders due to delays unless expressly permitted under this policy.

VWLights delivers products exclusively within India to Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities only.

Customers are responsible for verifying that their delivery address falls within our service area before placing an order. All approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the customer's original payment method. Refunds are not instant and may take additional time to appear in the customer's bank account depending on their financial institution.
